These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of petalfinger.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from PetalFinger ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using This Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from us, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, and not to reproduce, copy or resell any part of the Site without our written permission.

We may refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or a resale operation.

2. Products, Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes and duties unless stated otherwise.
  • Product images are photographed as accurately as possible. Because every set is hand-finished, small variations in colour, placement of 3D details and finish are normal and are not defects.
  • We may change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Orders can be cancelled or amended only before they enter fulfilment. Contact us as soon as possible at support@petalfinger.com and we will help where we can.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship from our fulfillment center after 1–3 business days of processing. Standard shipping takes approximately 15 business days; Express shipping approximately 10 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of 3 or more items.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather and peak seasons. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unopened sets in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, sets that have been applied, worn or tried on cannot be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Product Use and Safety

Our press-on nails are a cosmetic accessory for external use on natural nails only. Follow the application and removal instructions provided in the box and in our How to Apply & Remove guide. Never force or peel a nail off — always soak first.

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience irritation. If you have a known adhesive sensitivity, a nail condition, or any concern about whether the product is suitable for you, consult a qualified professional before use. PetalFinger is not liable for outcomes arising from misuse or from ignoring the supplied instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the PetalFinger name and logo, product designs, photographs, text and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it commercially without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any statutory consumer rights available to you.
