Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We offer two shipping options for all orders:

Free Standard Shipping is available when you purchase 3 or more items in a single order.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled through major international carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The specific carrier assigned to your order may vary based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You may use the tracking number on the respective carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.

- All orders ship from our fulfillment center in China. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- PetalFinger is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
